Terms & conditions
Last updated 27 October 2026
These terms explain who runs this website, how you can use it, and what happens when you enquire about working together. The details of any paid work belong in our separate written agreement.
Who runs this website
I’m Becca Anderson. My registered business is Anderson Rebeka Dóra egyéni vállalkozó, a sole trader in Hungary. Poppy’s Playbook is a name I use for my domain and LinkedIn presence; it is not a separate legal entity. The service provider and contracting party is Anderson Rebeka Dóra egyéni vállalkozó. In these terms, “I” and “me” refer to me in that capacity.

Nothing on this page removes consumer rights where they apply by law. The purpose of your purchase, rather than the label used here, determines whether you are a consumer.
Using the website
You’re welcome to browse, share links and send an enquiry. Please don’t send spam or unlawful material, impersonate someone else, try to access private systems, or disrupt the site. If you contact me for an organisation, you should have permission to share the information you send.
I try to keep the site accurate and available, but information and availability can change and errors can happen. The content is general information about my work; it isn’t advice tailored to your business. Please email me if something looks wrong or a page or form isn’t working.
Enquiries and introductory calls
Sending the form, receiving an automatic acknowledgement or booking an introductory call doesn’t buy a service or commit either of us to a project. There is no checkout or payment collection on this website. I review enquiries and let you know whether I can help and what the next step would be.
You can correct your answers before sending the form. If you notice a mistake afterwards, email me. Please keep the first message to what I need to understand your enquiry; don’t send passwords, payment-card details, sensitive personal information or confidential customer records through the form.
Prices, VAT and agreeing work
Website prices are in pounds sterling (GBP). A price marked “from” is a starting price; the final fee depends on the agreed work. The Working Session is advertised at £150. Embedded support has a three-month minimum, as described on the Work with me page.
Where my Hungarian small-business VAT exemption applies, I do not charge Hungarian VAT. Cross-border services can have different VAT treatment. Your written quote will confirm the fee, currency, any applicable VAT treatment and any agreed expenses before you commit.
Before paid work starts, we agree the scope, deliverables, timing, fees and payment schedule in writing. That agreement also sets out any deposit, cancellation or rescheduling arrangements, the rules for ending ongoing support, and ownership or licensing of the work. It specifies how acceptance and the start date work. This website doesn’t replace that agreement or add a separate cancellation fee or refund rule.
If the scope changes, we agree any effect on the price and timing before adding the work. I cannot promise a particular revenue, growth or conversion result; outcomes also depend on your business, decisions and circumstances outside my control.
Website content and other people’s work
Website text, designs, photographs, fonts and other materials may be protected by copyright or other rights. Those rights remain with their respective owners. You may read, share links to, and keep a copy of these terms and the privacy policy. For other copying or republication, please ask the relevant rights holder unless the law already permits your use. Accessing the site does not transfer ownership of its content to you.
Testimonials describe the individual’s experience. They are not a promise that another project will achieve the same results.
Confidentiality and personal information
I use non-public information you share to consider your enquiry and, if we agree to work together, deliver the work. Access may be needed by the service providers that support this, professional advisers, or authorities where required by law. Any additional confidentiality obligations belong in our written agreement.
The Privacy policy explains the personal information involved, who receives it, how long it is kept and your rights. Sending an enquiry doesn’t subscribe you to marketing emails.
Other websites and hosting
Links to Calendly, LinkedIn and Instagram take you to separate services with their own terms and privacy notices. I do not control their availability or content.
This website is hosted by Netlify, Inc., 101 2nd Street, San Francisco, CA 94105, United States. Hosting contact: support@netlify.com. For questions about my services or your enquiry, please use my email address above.
Responsibilities and disputes
Nothing in these website terms excludes or limits a responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, or takes away any mandatory rights you have. Liability for paid work is addressed in the separate written agreement, subject to applicable law.
These website terms are governed by Hungarian law, subject to any mandatory protections that apply to you. If a problem arises, please email me so we can try to resolve it. That does not restrict your right to seek a legal remedy or contact a regulator. The court with jurisdiction is determined by applicable law.
Changes to these terms
The date at the top shows when these terms were last updated. Updates apply to future use of the website; changing this page does not rewrite an existing client agreement.
