Four ways to work together. Tell me what you’re working on, your budget and your timing. I’ll review your enquiry and recommend the best next step.
Most people start with
A Working session (£150) when they have one clear problem, or a Strategy sprint (from £700) when something bigger isn’t working and they need research + a practical plan.
Working session
£150
One problem. 90 minutes. A much clearer way forward.
For when you need another brain on something, rather than a whole project. Bring me the marketing problem that’s been rattling around your brain. Maybe people aren’t converting. Your community has gone quiet. You’re launching something. You don’t know what to prioritise. Or you’ve got twelve ideas and no idea which three actually matter.
For bigger, messier questions that need more than a call. I’ll research the problem, get under the hood of what’s happening, work out what’s getting in the way and turn it into a practical strategy and prioritised plan.
Depending on the problem, this might involve ICP and customer research, marketing strategy, community, content, lifecycle, messaging, conversion or customer journey work, tools I might use to solve the problem, not separate services off a menu.

No 72-slide deck destined for Google Drive purgatory.
You know what needs to happen. Now let’s make the thing.
For defined projects that need strategy and implementation. That might mean building an email or lifecycle journey, launching or improving a community, creating a content system, developing a campaign, building marketing foundations, improving onboarding, or creating the workflows and assets needed to make the strategy actually happen. Examples of what I can build for you, not a menu of services.
An extra brain, and pair of hands, inside your business.
For founders and small teams who need ongoing marketing and/or community support, but don’t necessarily need a full-time hire. I plug into your team for an agreed amount of time each month. We decide what matters most, then I help figure it out and make it happen.
One week that might mean customer research. The next, getting the content backlog moving. Then building an email journey, developing messaging, improving marketing systems, testing an idea, or finally sorting out the project that’s been sitting in Notion for six months.
The priorities can change. The amount of my time you’ve got doesn’t.
